Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH) and Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Inactivated Vaccine

Formulation:

Emulsion for injection.

Composition:

Each 0.5 ml dose contains:
• Inactivated antigen of FADV 2 (D) ≥ 5 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA² unit.
• Inactivated antigen of FADV 8a (E) ≥ 5 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA2 unit.
• Inactivated antigen of FADV 8b (E) ≥ 6 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA² unit.
• Inactivated antigen of FADV 11 (D) ≥ 6 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA² unit.
• Inactivated antigen of NDV-G II (La Sota) and NDV-G VII.1.1 (RYD) ≥ 50 PD₅₀*
The concentrations are expressed by the antibody titer obtained during the potency test. One unit (U) corresponding to an antibody titer of 1.
¹VN: Virus neutralization.
²ELISA: Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay.
* PD₅₀: Protective dose in 50% of the tested chicken.

Indication:

Immunization of breeder and layer chickens for reduction of eggs drop caused by Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH) and Newcastle Disease virus (NDV).
Onset of immunity: Three weeks post vaccination.
Duration of immunity: one laying period.

250 ml and 500 ml

How to Use

•Inject by intramuscular or subcutaneous route 2-3 times 0.5 ml/bird after 6-8 weeks of age.

Withdrawal period

• Zero Days

Precautions

• Not to be used within 2 weeks before the onset of laying or during the laying period.
• Shake well before use.
• Apply usual aseptic procedures.
• Don’t use syringes with natural rubber or butyl elastomer pistons.
• Equipment including needles and syringes must be sterile before use.
• Before use the temperature of vaccine content should be at 25-28°C
•If you are accidentally injected with this product, seek prompt medical advice even if
only a very small amount is injected and take the package leaflet with you

• Store and transport at a temperature 2-8 °C
• Don’t freeze.
• Protect from light
