Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV), Newcastle Disease Virus
(NDV) and Egg Drop syndrome virus (EDSV) Inactivated Vaccine

Formulation:

Emulsion for injection.

Composition:

Each 0.5 ml dose contains:
• Inactivated antigen of IBV – M41 (GI-1) ≥ 6 log2 VN¹ units
• Inactivated antigen of IBV – VAR1 (GI-13) ≥ 4 log2 VN¹ units
• Inactivated antigen of IBV – Q1 (GI-16) ≥ 4 log2 VN¹ units
• Inactivated antigen of IBV – VAR 2 (GI-23) ≥ 4 log2 VN¹ units
• Inactivated antigen of NDV-G II and NDV-G VII.1.1 ≥ 50 PD₅₀ *
• Inactivated antigen of EDSV-76’ ≥ 7 log2 HI. U
The concentrations are expressed by the antibody titer obtained during the potency test. One unit (U) corresponding to an antibody titer of 1.

Indication:

Booster immunization of breeder and layer chickens for reduction of infection, eggs drop, caused by Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV), Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) and Egg Drop Syndrome Virus (EDSV).
Onset of immunity: three weeks after vaccination.
Duration of immunity: one laying period

How to Use

•Inject by intramuscular or subcutaneous route 0.5 ml/bird after 8ᵗʰ week of age and
revaccinate 0.5 ml/bird after 4-6 weeks

Precautions

• Not to be used within 2 weeks before the onset of the laying period or during the
laying period.
• Shake well before use.
• Apply usual aseptic procedures.
• Do not use syringes with natural rubber or butyl elastomer pistons.
• Equipment including needles and syringes must be sterile before use.
• Don’t mix it with any other veterinary medicinal products.
• Before use, allow the vaccine to reach room temperature (25-28°C).
