Infectious Bronchitis Virus and Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Inactivated Vaccine

Formulation:

Emulsion for injection.

Composition:

Each 0.5 ml dose contains:
• Inactivated antigen of IBV/Massachusetts strain ≥ 6 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA²
• Inactivated antigen of IBV/Var1/KSA/2023 ≥ 4 log2 VN1 units or Equivalent ELISA²
• Inactivated Antigen of IBV/Var2/CV41/2021 ≥ 4 log2 VN¹ units or Equivalent ELISA²
• Inactivated antigen of Newcastle disease virus, Genotype II (La Sota) and Genotype VII.1.1 (RYD) ₅₀ PD₅₀
* The concentrations are expressed by the antibody titer obtained during the potency test.

* PD₅₀: Protective dose in 50% of the tested chicken.

Indication:

Booster immunization of breeder and layer chickens for
reduction of eggs drop caused by infectious bronchitis virus
(IBV) and Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV).
Onset of immunity: 2 – 3 weeks after vaccination.
Duration of immunity: one laying period

Pack sizes:

250 ml and 500 ml

How to Use

•Inject by intramuscular or subcutaneous route 0.5 ml/bird before 3ʳᵈ week of age
and revaccinate 0.5 ml/bird after 4-6 weeks.

• Zero Days

Precautions

• Not to be used within 2 weeks before the onset of laying or during the laying period.
• Shake well before use.
• Apply usual aseptic procedures.
• Don’t use syringes with natural rubber or butyl elastomer pistons.
• Equipment including needles and syringes must be sterile before use.
• Before use the temperature of vaccine content should be at 25-28°C
•If you are accidentally injected with this product, seek prompt medical advice even if
only a very small amount is injected and take the package leaflet with you

• Store and transport at a temperature 2-8 °C
• Don’t freeze.
• Protect from light
